Refund policy

 We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, contact us at osinastoreinfo@gmail.com. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours with photos. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
